Active & Connected Family Therapy has helped individuals, couples, and families in Central Virginia since 2014. We prioritize cultivating authentic relationships with our clients in settings they feel most comfortable in – from welcoming indoor environments to walking trails. We see the most success when clients feel they’re in a safe space with someone who truly understands them.

Our 3-office suite is nestled right in the heart of Libbie Ave. Our therapists specialize in children, adolescents,and adults struggling with anxiety, athletic pressure, learning difficulties, transitions to medical diagnoses, LGBTQIA+ populations, learning difficulties, and more!

We also offer psychological evaluations in this location and coordinate closely with our Charlottesville-based Child and Adult Psychiatry team.
